When you work with Winthorpe Homes, you're working with a team that wants to

like to think of things in a simplified 3 step process.
STEP 1
The cost. Our least favorite subject. Winthorpe
wants you to see the entire costs associated with the process. If you already
have a lot, the process is simplified. Most of us have expectations about what a
custom built million dollar or three million dollar home looks like. We like to
begin by showing you actual homes and match the approximate costs. This way your
expectations are more realistic. Plus, you get a better idea of where you are
willing to compromise if you must. With our full development
disclosure, you will be satisfied from concept to completion.
STEP 2
The site. Whether you already own a lot or just
have an idea of what you want in a property, there is much to consider.

Finding a lot.
Our expert realtors know how to satisfy your needs and expectations for
neighborhood, commuting, financing, terrain, and development requirements.

Existing lot.
Based on engineering requirements of lot and home, we develop the right plan to
match your financial objectives.
STEP 3
The plan. The best

Financing.
The right financing requires a realistic plan and a practical budget. Our
experience with thorough development disclosure means there there will be no
pouring of cold water over your dreams after the fact.

Scheduling.
We may set an ambitious timetable but with a realistic time set as well.

Contingencies.
You can expect some change along the way. We're terrific at making the best of a
perplexing situation and turning it into an opportunity. Experience is the
defining factor at every crossroad.

Completion.
The little things do matter when it comes to home building. We like to wrap
things up with a post-completion-consultation. For our clients, crossing the
finishing line should feel like a triumph.
